3 teaspoons will treat 60 gallons (1/2 ounce). A single treatment will last 5-7 days and is usually sufficient. You can repeat as necessary, but no more than once very 3 days.

Q: Is it ok to use the Aquarium version of this for small ponds using the Aquarium dosing instructions, rather than buying the pond version?

Yes just dose properly based on volume.
