These function like an RV faucet pump: Open the valve and it runs, close the valve and it stops. Fills slow enough to prevent foaming of the product and also allows us to cap and label the previous bottle while filling. We shine a light thru the bottles to watch our levels and mounted a valved spigot just above bottle neck height.
