These are great! Comes in nice case with eraser and the slickest little sharper. I never knew a tiny, lead only sharper like this existed and now I don’t want to live without it. There is also a refill for each color!! Excellent value, colors blend well and erase easily and sufficiently. They will build up a wax bloom after several layers, but most pencils do. Very durable! They perfectly survived a 2 week trip, mostly in the car, between the floor and my lap. If you want artist grade, buy Prismacolor. If you want a great set for traveling and fun everyday use, GET THESE!

I love this cute pencil set. Its such a fun set to draw with- I like that the leads do not break easily. These are sort of like the quality of wax crayons but with a more sophisticated setup that allows for better detailed work. I would not compare these to higher end colored pencils like Polycrhomos or Koh-I-Noor Polycolor or Prismacolor which I usually use, but they are great for sketching and quick gesture drawings. They really are more like thin crayons in a mechanical pencil body. I wouldn't use them for more finalized projects but they are well worth it, the case I really appreciate that it helps keep things organized and they travel well. Perfect for doodling and coloring. They also blend nicely with each other. The only thing I thought was a little weird is that in the pack that I received there are no sharpeners in the ends of each pencil, rather just a slot that looks like it was designed to hold a sharpener, but no blade. The included straw-like sharpener is great though, I just wish they would have included more than one- or that there were additional sharpeners that could be purchased separately. Its good how the sharpener catches the lead shavings so it does not make a mess. The 2.6mm leads fit fine into my Koh-I-Noor 2.5mm 5905 lead holder so that is another big win for travel if I just wanted to bring the leads and the lead holder. The leads are a little long for the 5905 but once sharpened work fine. Please sell the sharpeners separately!! I would also love to see an expanded color range including more pale pastel and portrait colors.

The colors blend well. They are sturdy and the leads to not break easily, they are great for an everyday set. If you want professional grade pencils buy professional pencils. These are a great value. They come in a nice zipper case and it includes an eraser and a lead only sharpener which comes in very handy. In addition you get a refill for each color. It also includes a color swatch card. The case makes them great for taking them on the go. My girlfriend has already decided she will be taking them on an upcoming road trip so I will most likely not be getting them back.

Wow. I did not expect to love these as much as I do. The case is compact and well made, the pencils just work. They look good, the colors are great, and the variety is perfect. I bought them on a whim not expecting to like them better than non-mechanical pencils, and now I'm in love. Very good. Using these alot. Great for either kids or adults. Smooth coloring. The only problem is that erasing does not fully take away the color; only dims the color. Note: in my photo, there is an extra pack of color replacements; these came from a previous set I bought last year. This pack comes with one cylinder-shaped pack of replacements.

Good substitute for travel instead of bringing your expensive Prismas. Pros and cons: They feel like standard pencils so the grip is fine. They do not erase well and if you attempt to use an eraser only a hard eraser like the one included will help. But like any other color of pencils they really don't erase well. A standard needed eraser does not work. They have really good pigmentation and do not break easy because of the thickness of the lead. I greatly appreciated this feature. The little sharpener that comes with it works extremely well so if you need to get a fine line you can. They have the exact tactile feel of a Prisma. They blend exceptionally well. If you do more advanced work you can actually use these. However, I'm unsure if there archival or even acid-free so I can't tell you the longevity. The manufacturer would have to be contacted in order to find that out. I've been doing art for well over 30 years and have used all manners of professional and non-professional art supplies. This is beyond reproach for the price. I was actually extremely surprised. I did samples for you. They were relatively quickly done so there's way more potential than what I supplied for examples.

My highschooler needs these because the back to school pack i bought him came in a cardboard box that is falling apart. I realize the pencils likely needed replaced regardless of the packaging falling apart, but who wants their kid using a pencil box that falls apart? I decided that's never going to happen again and bought this one mainly for the case. The case is cool, it zips and the pencils are mechanical with extra lead. They all have erasers. Im now buying another pack because my other highschooler is pea green with envy, so I guess for $15 they went from have-nots to fancy pants. There aren't too many $15 items that can make a highschooler happy, so .. enjoy this one if you can. I think its worth it.

Ho comprato queste mine da adattare ad un Portamine da 2,5 cm e sono perfette. Utili per avere a portata di mano 36 pastelli di colori diversi, con un ingombro minimo. Il colore delle mine è abbastanza intenso e la varietà di colori piuttosto ampia.

Very nice. We have two sets, as well as two sets of replacement fillers. All of them work fine. One was stuck. We got it fixed by clearing the slot of debris. Blend decently, but not perfectly. Gentle touch works well for blending. Colours are bright. Arrangement in case is peculiar, but that is easily fixed by removing all and reinserting according to the number on the pencil holder. Don't be rough with them, and they'll last a long time.

These are excellent value for money ... they are of great quality, they colours are nice and vibrant with good coverage. Would reccommend

Ik ben echt onder de indruk van deze potloden. De kleur afgaven is zeer helder. Het aanbrengen van lagen gaat erg goed en het blenden van de kleuren ook. Deze potloden horen thuis tussen de top kwaliteit artist potloden. Ik hoop echt dat Four Candies meerdere kleuren uit gaan brengen. Mvg Selina (insta selina_kleurt)
