Why is it so expensive to ship ? the shipping weight is only 2 oz.

What is the shelf life for unopened product?

I keep mine in the freezer until ready to use. Don't know how long they would last otherwise. Probably not longer than regular bread before getting moldy? I've had them in the freezer for several weeks (or longer). Aside from drying out a bit, they are ok. If I use for a burger, I put butter on it and put it in the skillet with the burger. A whole bun is too much for me so I use 1/2 bun.
