My blood has never looked cleaner! As someone who fasts intermittently, this took me way too long to get! With no apparent side effects (subjectively), and leaving no taste in my mouth/throat? Winner. Upon having my blood tested 3.5 (mEq/L). Y, I'd say that this supplement is of a very high overall quality. And very bloody cheap! It's very effective taken alongside other supplements, IE; Quercetin, Zinc, Vitamin B2 and K2. The pill itself is very slim too, which I understand is a win for anyone who struggles with swallowing.

The strength of the capsules is similar to other products I have used, they are easily swallowed and have positively dealt with the muscle cramps I experienced early in the morning on waking. The recommended serving is 2 capsule’s daily, I take one in the morning and the other at night with magnesium. Five stars are given for the ease of swallowing, the others on the market are large tablets, and very hard to swallow. No side effects were/are noticed.

Excellent electrolyte supplement that is good value for money and easy to take, I haven't had any unpleasant side effects. The pills are not too big and easy to swallow so overall, a great product.

I bought these after reading that potassium citrate can reduce blood pressure. They arrived yesterday and I took two with a meal as instructed. By the afternoon and for the rest of the day and into the night I found I had no anxiety whatsoever. I put this down to my blood pressure possibly being in the process of reducing but the impact on my stress was so noticeable that I had to look it up to see if PC helps anxiety and was shocked to find that it does. I have had anxiety and stress for what seems like forever. I had never known of this connection and possible solution. I was lying there last night feeling strangely normal. I kept waiting for intrusive thoughts and fears to start hitting me but nothing did. For the first time in many many years I was able to settle down to sleep the way I must have done as a child. It was wonderful. I slept all night and all my sleep levels were showing as normal this morning. Plus I had had over 6.5 hours of sleep and felt great. I have just taken two more on this, the second day and am hoping for another unaffected day. I cannot recommend these too highly if you suffer from anxiety. I haven't even checked my blood pressure yet. I will do that tomorrow morning and see if there is a difference. Apparently if you have a deficiency in potassium it can lead to anxiety.

Look like a clean product in an airtight re-sealable plastic bag. It’s part of a series of vitamins and supplements I take. so far I think it’s a useful addition.

Used now daily for several weeks. It has lowered my blood pressure from the 130s over 60s range to the 120s to 60s. Easy to swallow capsules. Recommended highly. Will continue use.
