This is so great! I have been looking for an iron supplement that my doctor keeps telling me I need that doesn't cause constipation and doesn't cause nausea or that gross iron after taste all day. I've tried a lot of stuff, but this spray had a good taste and the very slight iron after-taste did not linger at all. I've been using it for a few days now and no issues, so I'm very happy with this product!

I was worried after reading some of the reviews about the nasty metallic taste, but it's fine! Reminds me of the oral B12 I take, no metallic taste. My doctor advised me to take an oral iron supplement with Vitamin C to bring my levels up. I'll know if it's working the next time I have blood work done. The instructions are 8 sprays daily before a meal, so I have the bottle next to my computer - very easy to remember to do.

I bought this iron supplement after my blood work showed low ferritin, hoping it would be an easy way to get my levels back up. I’ve used the vitamin C and zinc from this same company and really liked those, so I figured this would be another win. Unfortunately… absolutely not. This caused the worst constipation I have ever dealt with in my life. I know iron can be rough on the stomach, but this was next‑level. After a few days I had to stop taking it completely because it just wasn’t worth the misery. What makes it more frustrating is that I can’t return it, so I’m stuck with a full bottle I’ll never use. I really wanted this to work, but this one is a no‑go for me.

I have tried so many iron supplements and have been unable to tolerate any of them. Even with this product, I can only handle half the dosage and the taste takes a bit of time and effort to get used to, but I am genuinely grateful to take an iron supplement at all. Highly recommend for those of you with tummy issues.

I was prescribed with iron and tried many different brands, but they all made my stomach upset; except this one. It is the first supplement that I don’t experience any side effects from. Thank you for such high quality!

It tastes alright! 10x better than any other supplement I have tried. I will try to provide an update if I notice energy changes or positive experiences from this supplement. I am always anemic, but sometimes more severe than others like during pregnancy where I needed infusions or during my cycle. Unfortunately lost some product in the shipping process. Hoping it still lasts me close to 60 Days as it was kind of pricey at $23 a bottle.

First of all the packaging of Givol liquid iron is very eco friendly and unique. My iron levels are usually on the lower side most of the time, so need iron supplements to increase the levels. This liquid iron in bisglycinate form with vitamin B12 and vitamin C is just awesome. Suggested dosage is 8 sprays before meals and I take 4 sprays twice a day. It is definitely working for me and have not experienced any stomach discomfort or any other side effects. I am very sensitive to supplement taste and smells and easily gags on them. I like this is in liquid form, but I still cannot handle the peculiar metallic taste of iron in this supplement. The only way I can take this liquid iron is to pinch my nose for couple of minutes when spraying and waiting for it to absorb under the tongue. Then I take few sips of water to wash and minimize the after taste and then unpinch my nose. I cannot blame this supplement, all iron supplements have this taste, some people handle it easily and some like me gag on these. Very happy that this is organic and sugar free great quality iron complex supplement.

Mine had a little bit of leakage, but after a little cleanup, it was ok, just unexpected. The formulation for this is really good for Vegans, esp. the Iron and B12/Methylcobalamin and it's sugar free. However, the only downside is taste, as an adult, you can probably get past it / deal with it, but would probably not re-order it due to taste and that it requires 8 sprays per dose. I don't think kids would enjoy/want to take this, it's much harsher than the flavored OTC cough/congestion syrups. The initial taste is kind of hard to describe, a little metal-icky and not particular pleasant and it has a really bitter aftertaste. With these ingredients in the formulation, it would be difficult to mask their taste without a sweetener/sugar, so given that's it's not, just don't expect it to taste pleasant. It's a small business and I appreciate their effort to provide a vegan formula for necessary micro-nutrients, esp. B12 and Iron, so this may work for you, maybe not every day, maybe every other day and if you eat right after you'll be fine, the taste doesn't linger. My only suggestion to this brand is try something new on the flavor aspect, maybe coconut essence as you're using glycerol sourced from coconut already in the formulation.
