This is my first time trying this, and I really enjoyed it. It does exactly what it should, and I am grateful for this product. As long as you're not just eating and doing nothing, you can't expect it to be different; that's just the fact. My stomach isn't bloated anymore, and I can rock my t-shirts properly.

I'm 54 been working out for over 35 yrs and this product works great. You need to workout and eat clean, it will work. It takes about 2 weeks to see change in your abs and stomach. It's like anything you take, your body has to recognize and use it consistently for it to work. By far the best belly fat burner and toner supplement out there.

I don't know if I was a good test subject for this, I don't have a big belly, just not as flat as I'd like it, (I'm 5'8", 173 lbs, fairly muscular, but with a bit of a dad-bod stomach.) It seemed to help keep me where I was instead of gaining weight, but I didn't modify my diet at all either. I tried it for 3 months, took 1 pill 3 xs a day. After 90 days, I read if you aren't seeing good results, there's no point in continuing, so I stopped. It never bothered my stomach or caused any side effects, so it was no problem taking it.
