I agree with all the reviews saying that this is by far the best bidet available on the market. I was introduced to bidets with a $3500 toilet version while visiting a friends house a few years ago, and have spent hours researching the "over toilet" versions, hoping to duplicate the experience. I got lucky and chose the BB2000! You will wonder how you ever went without it - so much so that I am purchasing one to store as a spare in case something goes wrong! For the price you cannot go wrong. And, BTW, this unit puts the $3500 bidet mentioned earlier to absolute shame - not even close.

Works well. No problem so far. Keeps water warm. Easy to clean.

Lives up to its reputation

I waited awhile before writing a review, especially since this is my first time owning a bidet. I bought it because I was getting a second reverse shoulder replacement and was concerned about hygiene. So glad I bought this. Water strength is plenty strong and the heated water and seat are divine in my mountain house! The dryer isn’t useful so I still use toilet paper and that’s why I gave it 4 stars. Also, instead of wasting 2 buttons on setting the time on the remote (I just don’t care about the time while on the toilet) how about using one for the night light and having a backlight on the remote. Overall, I’m glad I bought this one and would do so again. Also, easy to install. I’m not handy and I did it myself with no problems.

This is my second BB-2000; the first one lasted 10 years. I just returned from a three-week trip to Japan, where virtually every establishment—restaurants, hotels, businesses, and homes—is equipped with an electric bidet seat or bidet toilet. This extensive travel allowed me to "test drive" every major brand and evaluate their different features firsthand. After a comprehensive review, I determined the Bio Bidet BB-2000 Bliss is simply the best model on the market. While competing models like the TOTO may offer fancy features such as the automatic lid-lifting sensor, I found those ultimately became more of a nuisance than a benefit. The BB-2000 excels where it truly matters: effectively the unit heats the water being sprayed, the most critical function, especially in a cold climate. In this category, the BB-2000 is top of its class. All of its functions are top-notch, it is super easy to install, and the unit is very sturdy. I can't imagine someone from Japan visiting America and enduring our facilities; they would think we are a third-world country! Once you use a BB-2000, you'll wonder why you waited so long to get one.

My first bidet seat never had used one before and I’m a plumber but I got this seat from a client and decided to try it out and it is amazing! You’ll never go back to toilet paper again lol. Does the job 🥳
