this came out great and really looked like the person we intended. it was a real hit at the white elephant game. my boss ended up bribing the holder of it to give it older so he knew where it would end up, and not as a running gag. came in on time and as ordered.

Honest Review: 5/5 stars specifically for customer service! The product is good and they do a good job with trying to make the bobble head look as close to your photo as possible. There were a couple of mistakes made in the process in terms of some specific requests I had but they were very prompt in fixing those mistakes. They were also willing to work with me on adding a prop to the model that was not displayed in the initial photos I sent. When I received the product, everything looked great as I approved it accept for the hair. I’m not sure if something happened in the shipping process but I should note that the product was packaged very well. I wanted to send it back to get the hair fixed but I was informed that the cost would have been higher to ship it back. To reach a resolution, the company offered a partial refund. Overall GREAT seller and while I am not completely satisfied with the product, their customer service is EXCELLENT!!!!!!!

This is my third time using AIOU and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They do an excellent service and they are fast. The packaging is wrapped with care to ensure that the product arrives safely without any damage. I will continue to use them as I see fit.

I had ordered a bobble head previously from this company and was so pleased that I decided to have more made by them! I put in an order of 4 bobbleheads at one time of 4 more of my Granddaughters. Each bobble head was given special attention just as the first one I had done. The artists’ texted back and forth with me to allow my personal input on each one until each piece was finished and ready for shipment. In no time at all they arrived in their own separate gift boxes with bows on top, securely wrapped and in great condition! I was very pleased! These will all be Christmas gifts this year and I cannot wait to see each one open theirs! The process was all so easy and quickly done! The artist’s are very skilled. I could not be happier. None of them are the exact same size as they are all handmade but they are all at or slightly above the 8”. The details that they did are just sooo good! Earrings and necklaces. Sparkles on the dresses. Simply unbelievable! I am so pleased that I am considering having more made. Who wouldn’t want one? It is like honoring someone by having a small statue made of them!

I pay extreme attention to detail. These customized bobbleheads surpassed my highest expectations. My family loves them. And it's clear that the creators of these bobbleheads take great pride in their work. BRAVO!!!

We were really happy with the bobblehead. We had one done for our son’s birthday. It was a great likeness! The company rep was very great to work with. The communication was exceptional. And it arrived even before it was promised. We would definitely recommend.

I appreciated that they contacted me during the process to get my input and approval, which ensured it looked just right. The US Navy uniform and stance were perfect—every detail was beautifully crafted. Cons: While they included gray in the mustache, they didn’t include it in the hair, which made it look like a toupee or that it was dyed. Also, the hairstyle was a mullet instead of the military cut I expected. From the side view, the ears don’t lay flat as they should. I wish they had reached out for input on the hair like they did with the face. The gift box arrived dented because it was shipped in a bag instead of a protective box. Unfortunately, it arrived 2 days late for Christmas, which was disappointing as it was meant to be a special gift. Overall, it’s a great keepsake, but better communication and attention to shipping would make the experience perfect.
