This mattress foam topper is amazing. It is very soft. I have a mattress that is thin and causes me back pain but at the moment I can't get a new mattress. This is the second-best option. My mattress was so uncomfortable and causing me back pain every morning I woke up. It was uncomfortable because you could feel the metal underneath. We put this mattress topper on top and now it feels like a brand-new soft mattress. I feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud now.It came rolled up, it was very easy to unroll and place on the mattress. It expanded right away. After 2 nights I found it quite comfortable, right away I could feel less pressure on my back.

For a little less than 70 bucks this foam mat meet my needs. It's made out of quality material and add that extra bit of softness I was looking for. I would definitely recommend for anybody. The price can't be beat.

This topper is pretty soft as other Beautyrest toppers I've owned in the past. The model I prefer is no longer manufactured. Feels soft to the touch, but only provided moderate support for my hips while side sleeping. 3 inch would probably be better. The topper also has some visually defective areas where it's not molded correctly - there is one bump that should be four on half of the topper.

My mattress is getting a little lumpy, so I ordered this to help level it out. It does just that! First good nights’s sleep I’ve had in months. It works wonders. I highly recommend. Worth every penny.

After letting it uncompress, and degass for 24 hours, it's GREAT! My hope was that it would help keep me cool at night because our room gets really really hot (even in the very best of circumstances), and my husband is a massive heat-generating kind of man. So far, after 3 nights, I've slept better than I have in ages and didn't wake up in a pool of sweat. I could not be happier!
