Good value bow. Easy drawing no stack at 28โ
I have 6 recurve bows from 48โ to 66โ length and 45lbs to 60lbs. I wanted a light poundage bow to practice with. This is a great starter bow. I ordered 35lbs and it is closer to 32lbs at my 28โ draw length. The draw is super smooth at my length and does not stack like some of my other bows. I love it for practice though. It has helped me refine my form and lets me do 30 second holds at anchor for โweight trainingโ practice. Overall this bow is accurate and has helped me be a better archer.

Updated Black hunter style bow two pin.
Been shooting this Top Archery bow for over a month now and off the gate it was great easy to shoot and it feels really smooth compared to my Samick. I really like the look of this bow it looks like a high end bow and its accuracy. It was easy to tune and it likes a 7.5 inch brace height as others have mentioned for this style of bow. I was planning on setting this bow up for the fall but it worked great with some old GT Warriors arrows I had. The bad, the string it came with was too short and had a brace height of 8.5, I did replace with a fast flight string. Second the top tips is off but not by much I am not a bow expert and donโt know if this would cause any problems later on. I been shooting this bow almost everyday along with my Samick bow but it has started to twist on both limbs more on the top limb. I donโt know if it was the bow itself or it could be the fact that I have been shooting it a lot in hot weather. Got it in late May and I have been shooting it in June and it has been high 90s the past two weeks now into July. I like it a lot that I am willing to get another one of these bows in 45lbs. for the money ($80). to shoot in the fall outdoors/3D.

Great budget bow!
Many years of archery experience and so wanted to see what an $84 bow can do! Honestly impressed; zippy, light in hand little bow for $84!! The composite-( not fiberglass resin)- limb tip overlays came unfinished and crudely sanded/filed; so I fixed them! I understand that in a production environment things get missed and so it goes with an $84 recurve that rivals in performance any of the custom bows I had made for me many years ago. Impressed with the Asian mfgโs/bowyers that produce these. They do know what theyโre doing and produce a solid product for what you get-extremely budget friendly gear. After having stepped away from trad. Bowhunting some 20 years ago; everything has changed! IMHO-You still need to go to a solid/reputable bow manufacturer/bowyer if you want lasting durability, heirloom quality and performance, as well as after sale services and warranty, but for the $$ you can beat it and Iโm on a tight budget. I put on a deerseaker Flemish string (shoots good w/ 8.5 brace hight to inside of grip) which are the best Iโve ever used-the endless loop string that comes with it is below budget with poor performance, period. This bow also only draws to 41 pounds with my draw length of 27 and 3/4- bow is marked 45@28. Smooth drawing and shooting though with zero stacking. Some very light limb twist with the top limb but nothing crazy; the string sits just to the left of the string groove when at rest. Hopefully with time and shooting should decrease or go away completely. Also โhand formingโ or gently twisting the limb in the opposite direction of the twist after every shot for a good while will normally see that go away with a new bow as it gets stressed again and again over time. Again, $84! Have a nice day! PS. Update: still have this bow strung since I got it! After 100โs of shots and mending the mild limb twist with my hand, the twist is all but gone, and the bow is very accurate and continues to โshoot-inโ nicely! Enjoy!

Worth the price.
Great quality. I would buy it again.

Short string
Nice bow but the string needs to be longer. Vendor says 57in but it was close to 56. With no twist the brace height was almost 9 when I like 7/12 to 8. Except for the string I would rate this bow 5 stars.

Worth it!
It's a great bow, I was really surprised at it's quality for it's price. It's very consistent and very quiet.

Top Archery Maple limbed, twin pin, Black Hunter.
I have eight Black Hunter bows. This one is the smoothest draw and has the best handle. It's fatter than Gluraks. The limbs are maple, and the bow is not as fast as the bamboo limbed versions. With the same arrow, same draw weight within a pound, this one shoots the same arrow with noticeable drop at 20 yards over the bamboo limbed versions. It does have the two pin per limb riser. Fit and finish was great. The one pin limbs aren't compatible even if you drilled another pin hole in your other limbs. Smooth, Smooth, and quiet with a d97 flemish twist string.

Several flaws that cannot be overlooked
The seller was very responsive with regards brace height error on this listing. I took my bow to the archery and a fellow archer noted that the tiller was off on the bottom limb compared to top limb. We measured it to be 1.25inches difference! Further investigation we measured the limb thickness and the bottom limb was significantly thicker hence the tiller for being off. Not very pleased with my purchased as the bow draw weight was 5 lbs lower then what was ordered. I guess this bow will be put aside, it is unfortunate it is a nice looking bow.
