Sleep & relaxation
After having a hard time not getting sleep & waking up restless, I decided to try Apigenin. I did do my research on it first and was intrigued to try it for sleep support rather than resorting to a pharmaceutical product. I gotta say, I love it. I can finally get sleep & stay asleep. I wake up well rested now and ready to start my day. I didn’t notice any side effects either, which is awesome. This supplement works great for me.

Best Sleep in Years!
I took the suggested 2 capsules of NatureBell Apingenin with L-Theanine for almost a week and nothing happened. I was still flopping around at night trying to relax and get to sleep. Then, one morning I woke up and realized I had not been struggling to get to sleep, I had slept completely through the night, and I felt nicely rested. It's been that way ever since. This is definitely apigenin
It's apigenin all right - it gives me vivid dreams every time I take it, so it's legit. On the other hand, it doesn't help with sleep in any way at all. I heard it has other good qualities, but probably won't buy this again. I do like this brand, though.

Just what I needed
Take nightly with melatonin and magnesium glycinate for improved sleep quality. Worked really well for me. I used to wake up nightly at 2am, I now sleep fully through the night and wake up feeling more rested.
