GREAT EVERYDAY SHOE
This review is for the women's Crocs. These ON THE CLOCK CROCS are extremely comfortable. Many reviews have mentioned the fact that you need to go a size up. My opinion of that is as follows. I feel they run true to whatever size you normally wear in regular shoes. My picture above shows you that the insole is 1 inch thick at the heel and then tapers off towards the toe to a thinner insole in the front. I wear a size 9 or 10 shoe depending on how it's made. Previously any of the Crocs I have purchased were a size 9. The best fit for me with the On The Clock Crocs is a size 10 woman's if I wear them with the provided spongy comfy insole. A size 10 would also apply to me if I wore them with socks, particularly heavy ones. My suggestion is to order whatever your normal shoe size is, not necessarily what you've worn before in Crocs. If you wear a half size I would definitely go to the next full size up. 9 1/2 order size 10. The insoles that come with them are wonderful nice and spongy and very comfy with a good support on your heel. If you were to take out that insole and purchase a cheaper thinner one they would provide you with approximately a half size more room in the shoe. I had also ordered a women's nine and as long as I took out the spongy 1-in thick insole they fit nicely. There are several ways to shrink or stretch the Crocs also. You can use hot water, hair dryer, clothes dryer or the Sun. Since the shoes are made from silicone rubber heat and cold affect the sizing. NEVER LEAVE THEM SITTING IN THE HOT SUN AS THEY WILL SHRINK. One way to stretch them out is to get a heavy pair of socks and get them wet and wear the shoes to stretch them. If you find you get a pair that is just a little bit too large adding an additional insole should take up the half size of too much room. What I really love about these shoes is that they're washable and I can wear them for anything I do from gardening to grocery shopping and they always look clean. I also got a container of Croc butter / shine wipe which is a sponge with special oil on it that you rub over the shoe and it shines them up and makes them look new again. It's about $10 but last a really really long time and it's well worth it. Before I had bunion surgery 15 years ago Crocs we're all I could wear without being in serious pain. As far as feet sweating, I only notice it occasionally and in all reality when my feet sweat it keeps the skin soft rather than being dried out. The heel of the shoe comes up as shown in the picture about level to your ankle bone on the side of your foot. They feel very secure if you get the right size or adjust them with the insoles as I stated above. Overtime and wearing them they basically conform to your foot with your natural body heat. Hope this helps and wasn't confusing. I actually ordered two different sizes and sent back the one that didn't fit. Amazon is wonderful about returns and it's always good to have two sizes side by side to compare. Have a blessed day. 🙏🐊🩰👞🥿

Comfortable, functional, good quality
Fits as expected. Comfortable for standing and walking. Waterproof. Slips on and off conveniently. Flexible, sturdy, not too heavy. Bottom is non-slip, but somehow doesn't catch dirt. Looks good. A great shoe.

Very good at preventing slips
These shoes are super at preventing slips. I tested them out on wet floors at work and they grip the floor well. My only complaint is they hold water and sweat moisture so my feet were damp after every shift. If not for that, I would wear these every day. They fit as expected (just a bit tight but I fixed that)and are very comfortable to wear on a hard work floor 8+ hours a day. As I said above they were a smidge tight. I put them in my dryer with a damp towel for 10 minutes on high heat, then put them on while they were still warm. They stretched to fit my feet with zero damage to the shoe.

Size up and you'll love them!
After reviewing the reviews, I sized up and they're perfect! I'm usually an 11 in womens and have wide feet, so sometimes 11s can be a little snug or a little short. They are ever so slightly snug around the very top, but as I've been wearing them, they're already less snug. And as a healthcare worker, I want them slightly snug at the top so they stay on! I ordered both these On The Clock and the Specialist IIs and hands-down decided on the On The Clocks. The Specialist II doesn't seem to have the slip resistant sole, which feels like a must for healthcare. The sole is NOT the same material as the rest of the shoe; it has a rubberized sole which is exactly what I wanted. The Specialist II had the same Croc material for the sole. And the Specialist II were too roomy. If I was to go with the Specialist II, I would go true-to-size. The On The Clocks definitely have a better fit, so go with these! Also, the style for these On The Clock ones will be much easier to disinfect: with them being one piece (aside from the insole), there are less nooks and cranies to have to ensure get disinfected. They feel durable and like they'll last a long while. I'm looking forward to them! They're comfortable, offer solid support. All-in-all, they are a keeper! GET THEM!

Smaller sizing and more tailored fit than regular Crocs
I have a lot of foot issues, my feet are exploding. I have a bunion on my left foot that isn't too bad but this shoe presses on it. It's not just the pressure, the shoe fits on my foot crooked because of the bunion. That means the left side of my foot is more pushed into the left side and left front of the shoe. I got the same size I get in regular strappy Crocs but my size in this shoe is not big enough. Regular Crocs are a little big on me but these have a snug tailored fit. My instep is high and these shoes are so flat and tight that when I put the shoes on, my socks get dragged back and squish my toes. I try to put like an inch of slack around my toes so my sock will slide up and fit correctly but it doesn't really work. I'm afraid I need to buy another pair of these in the next largest size but I know it will be too big. They need to offer half sizes if they're going to make tailored shoes. I am wearing these while doing a LOT of walking and driving, running up stairs etc. They're very nonslip which is awesome, they've changed everything. I used to slide all over. But if you're doing anything active like this, especially stair climbing, there likely won't be enough support in the sole. It's very, very flexible. My feet get tired now. These are for more standing and moderate walking on an even floor I think. (ETA: after a couple weeks or so I think, my feet got stronger, lol. The shoes are still super bendy of course but my feet don't get tired from things like going up stairs anymore. But there is still less stability than you get from "real" shoes of course.) There are only two little ventilation holes on the inner side of each shoe which for me is a good thing. The shoes are essentially waterproof if you don't step in any big puddles. Even if you do step in water over the holes, not very much gets in. It's cold outside so I haven't worn these in hot humid weather but they do seem to get way less swampy than my 6" XtraTuf boots. They're not bad at all even though my feet are always sweaty in any shoes. I was surprised. Sometimes they make farty noises though 😬 Really wish they had these in half sizes or had a relaxed fit version Eta: I still need a half size bigger but I found a way to keep my socks from getting dragged up my feet. I put a heavy duty quart Zip-Loc bag over the whole top of my foot (with the zipper toward my ankle), slide my foot into the shoe with the back of the shoe pressed down while trying not to touch the bottom of the shoe, pop the back up over my heel then pull the bag out. The bag is like a shoehorn for the top of my foot lol. I think something like a piece of plastic cut from a 3 prong folder might be better/easier but I haven't tried it yet. Now I can even wear relatively thick winter socks, I just have to bring a quart bag if I go anywhere and plan to take my shoes off. And sometimes certain socks stick to the bottom of the shoe so they get dragged back a little anyway. Still 1000 times better!

Just YES! Buy them!
I work in a Veterans Home in a kitchen, and im on my feet all day. Before I bought these I was slipping,my feet were getting wet from the dish room, mopping and spills from kitchen work. Mostly my feet ached and were sore only a few hours into a shift. I searched and read many reviews looking for what could work and be ideal for me and my needs specifically at work. Those hundreds of read reviews landed me here, buying these Crocs. I've worn them now for 3 months and they are just as great today, as they were that first day. No slipping, No soggy wet feet, and my feet are comfortable ALL day and not hurting at the end of the day. For working in a kitchen they are incredible! The best! They wash easy, literally take a lysol wipe to clean off any spills or dirt. The inserts can come out and be cleaned with mild soap. If I had one complaint it would be that these shoes don't have half sizes, they also have a blunt shape to the toe, so if you have angled shaped toes.. long big toe, short little toe, you need to go up and extra size bigger than your normal shoe size. If you don't your toes will be angry. If you have rectangle shaped feet like my husband.. your toes are same length straight across, this isn't an issue for you. I did order the wrong size initially, (I even read a number of reviews that warned me, and I didn't heed to their warnings, my fault) but replaced them right away with a bigger size, then everything was all wonderful and right in the world of my feet. You may be asking if I returned the other pair of shoes, I didn't. A young girl I work with was having a hell of a time with her sneakers and needed a new pair that didn't blister her feet. My original pair by chance fit her perfectly. I gave them to her, and she cried thanking me after a day of wearing them, and not hurting. A few others have sense ordered some. Nurses and food service workers alike. Just buy them. Take care of your feet. Don't forget to size up. These would be great for anyone working on their feet all day. I wish I had them when I worked in the fast food industry, grocery store, bakery and our family's restaurant. They would have saved many a painful, and tearful nights.

Great hospital work shoe
I work in a vet hospital and I’m on my feet all day. These have been great. They aren’t the most padded in the sole, but my feet don’t hurt after a 12hr shift. They clean up nicely, and bleach won’t ruin them. True to size.
