I'm often asked by friends if a product is good bad or useless. this is great and tasty. Ally friends now use this daily. Expensive yes as it all keto foods. However it can be frozen and used to save money as a bulk purchase.

It tastes rather like a RYE BREAD a slight "tangy" flavour to it, but still very nice, and a guilty pleasure to be able to eat bread whilst on a strict Keto Diet. Pros: its only 0.7 carbs per slice It stays fresh, but keep it refrigerated Taste is different but nice Cons: Slices are quite small It makes awful toast It's expensive, but worth it, JUST !!

2 slices for lunch not enough for me on account of the size. 4 slices is what I need. In saying that though I'm not fanatically anti carb. I'm just actively reducing carbs as much as I can without suffering.. Each slice has 0.7 grams of carbs Vs a standard low fat supermarket bread which averages at 8g per slice, but they do go higher. Calories are about the same with some brands but at 47 per slice I'm not concerned. Only slightly negative aspect is you will go through the bread faster if you need four like me for a lunch or dinner. Anyway the bread freezes fine, toasts fine, and you can do them in the sandwich maker. I will buy again, but will also check out some other brands but right now I have zero complaints. What I don't understand is why supermarkets in the UK do not sell Protein breads. Maybe some stores have stuff like this, but certainly not in my city. There is obviously a demand for it.

Looks like bread , doesn't taste like bread, texture like rubber very very chewy , toast, it doesn’t very well, stays chewy, wouldn't buy again

Wow so low in carbs that it doesn’t register on my blood sugar their perfect love it highly recommended to anyone looking for the perfect bread although it’s a bit pricy

I love it ! I don’t miss the normal bread . It doesn’t spike my insulin and Kick me out of keto

The product is decent albeit crazy expensive. But probably the best alternative to real bread out there for people doing low carb. The packaging of the actual bread looks nothing like that pictured, and the box is comes in has no styrofoam inserts so there’s nothing to stop your box and bread inside getting crushed completely (has happened to me twice now - vendor doesn’t do anything and Amazon has to step in to refund), oh and the despatch and delivery time is slow. Typically you’ll get your bread five days after ordering. Which these days is just too long.
