Insert 4 new AAA batteries into the battery compartment on bottom side of unit. Snap cover back into place 2. Turn dispenser top lid counter-clockwise, and remove lid. 3. Fill with liquid soap, lotion, or desired liquid. Do not overfill the unit. Replace lid. 4. To activate the unit, press and hold the top button for 2 seconds (the IR sensors will flash). 5. To adjust soap volume dispensed, tap the top power button. There are 3 different settings to choose from. 6. Put your hand under the sensor to initiate the pump. It may take a few pumps after the initial fill to see soap dispensed from the nozzle.

The products is a good product for the price. I like that ability to select the amount of soap to be delivered.

Only worked intermittently. Died completely in less than 6 months.

Poor quality, very disappointed
The dispenser worked great for a little over a month and stopped working. Changed batteries and tried resetting it and nothing got it to work again. Poor quality
