Slightly pricey but it's definitely worth it
I have a PLT UC Focus 2 and it's working well except for the worn-out earpads. This really helped. Easy to install and the quality seems good. It's not as soft as the original but definitely not bad. Appearance wise you won't be able to tell the difference unless you keep a brand new one side by side

Beyond satisfied with these earpad replacements! Quality of these is amazing. Compatibility was perfect and easy to put on. I have 3 pairs of the same headset for the office, home office, and a backup spare just in case. The cost of the replacement was very reasonable vs purchasing another headset entirely. Please keep in mind these is only the ear cover...padding is not included.
