Will not buy any other now
Originally purchased 3 x 227 litres, which are large. I cannot carry them when full of tree/hedge prunings so I use them as 'parking lots' waiting until my wheelie bin has been emptied as I have far too much for 1 bin. Then I purchased a so called heavy duty garden bag with handles that lasted only one season and even then had to Gorilla tape over the holes that had appeared. Needing something very lightweight to start with and to lug about the garden as I snip away at this that and the other, this smaller in volume i.e. 120 litres is just right for me and taller people. They seem small in circumference but are taller than the average bag. The plastic 'rim' is easy to slot through. Tip when inserting and then pushing round, use your fingers to keep the plastic rim to the top edge of the bag. That way you avoid ramming into the stitching where the handles are sewn on. The strip needs to go above the stitching. I also find it easier to insert one end into one righ hole and the other end into the other ring hole, pushing until they meet at halfway point. This then leaves you with a piece of the rim outside of the 2 rings, much easier for removing the strip if you wish to pack the bag away.

Perfect size for packing and emptying into a brown wheelie bin.
The measurements for these bags make them the perfect size for packing solid and then emptying straight into my brown wheelie bin. The handles at the base make it even easier to stand and shake the contents in. The whole bag can be lowered upside-down into the bin.To give an example...once filled to the brim with pampas clippings (two full bags), one of these filled the whole bin with hardly any space left over at all.I purposely bought three bags in this size so I could easily fill the bin with one load at a time and then have two spare to fill up and have waiting for the next brown bin collection. Once full, they stand up and, because they are tall and slim, they can be stored neatly in the garden between waste collections. The plastic support that you thread into one hole and out the other at the rim, is very useful, but it's not necessary if you don't want to bother. The bags are still usable without. I just poked the end bit left over back in the first hole and it hasn't come out or worked loose. Very well designed.

Portable
I have been using the 272L version of these but several clients struggle to load them into their cars for tip runs. This 120L version fills up quickly but is reportedly far easier to handle. I find the fabric is robust and withstands Roses, Brambles and even Pyracanthia. The handles are sturdy and the opening rings work well. They are not as easy to use as fully pop up bags but for the price they are excellent.

Just what I needed
So far these are perfect for my needs. I work on a children's farm and use them for emptying the handling tables and pens of soiled wood shavings, hay and straw. The bags stand by themselves and are the perfect size for me, at 5.4ft tall, to carry, any bigger would be a struggle. As they are used daily I leave the plastic strip in. To keep this secure I threaded from the 2 holes simultaneously so the ends meet opposite the openings, no bits to poke out. They flatten enough to go in a cupboard. So far I'm very pleased.

Just what I needed
Used yesterday for the first time. After years of using old bags that my husband has kept from pebble and sand deliveries etc, I’ve finally got something that does the job brilliantly. The right size either to carry round the garden to where they are needed or to empty my trugs into. Just wish I’d bought them ages ago.Adding to my review from last year. Just bought another three as they are so useful. Wouldn’t rule out buying more either!

Tough and durable
These garden waste bags are much thicker and more robust than they look in the product photos. They are a decent size, too, big enough to carry a fair amount of garden waste but small enough to fit into the back of an estate car and carry to the skip at the recycling centre without dislodging your shoulder joints.

Perfect problem solvers.
I'm so happy with these bags, will be ordering more. Daughter has pinched one, another is used upside down to cover the pressure washer, an exact fit, and the third comes round the garden with me as it's easier than dragging the bin. They tip into the bin with no spillage and are just about the perfect size for all jobs. I was worried they might be too small, but any bigger would be too heavy.

Sturdy and strong.
Fantastic product. I have bought these for others, family members and neighbors. They have a plastic bead that you feed into the eye at the top of the bag. This holds it open, as they are sturdy enough to stand on their own it is like having a big bucket. No more annoying floppy embarrassments. I'm going to order more! I have had my first 3 for more than a year and they are still like new.
