I picked this up during Prime Day because of the positive reviews and the price. I’ve been using it consistently for about two weeks, so while I’ll need more time to give a truly long-term review, my first impressions have been very positive. The vanilla flavor is excellent. It blends quickly, isn’t overly chalky, and makes my smoothies taste more like a vanilla shake than a typical protein drink. I’ve been mixing it with soy milk rather than water, so I can’t speak to how it tastes in water only, but it’s been great in smoothies. Compared to other protein powders I’ve tried, this one has exceeded my expectations. I also appreciate the packaging. The container is compact, looks nice, and doesn’t take up much counter or pantry space. The only downside I’ve noticed is that it causes a little nausea for me after drinking it. It’s mild and not enough for me to stop using it, but if you have a sensitive stomach or are prone to GI upset, it’s something to be aware of. That said, I’ve experienced similar issues with other protein powders, so I’m not sure it’s unique to this one. Overall, I’m very impressed with the flavor, mixability, packaging, and value. I would definitely purchase the vanilla flavor again. I’m not much of a chocolate fan, but I may try the strawberry flavor in the future.

Very digestable protein with only SIX ingredients. No stevia, no additives, just a mix of proteins, vanilla and digestive enzymes. It mixes well and it feels well. Only small issue would be the vanilla which doesn't taste as good as I thought since this is just a quick drink it doesn't really matter. Good stuff!

This formulation tastes good , has a reasonable amount of protein and quality ingredients, low sugar, keeps me full a while and blends well with my bananas or other fruits I mix in! Thanks

This is a solid, subtle vegan protein powder that mixes well, is something I could drink at any time, and comes with the extra benefits of digestive enzymes and probiotics. The flavor of the vanilla powder is not as sweet as many powders, especially whey ones, but I actually find this refreshing sometimes having just finished a whey protein powder that was cloyingly sweet and overflavored. It also is simply sweetened with monk fruit, so no worrying about some of the most off-putting sugar alternatives aftertastes. The vanilla is strong, but not artificially. With the toned down sweetness, I imagine this would work great in recipes without negatively altering their flavor. It would be flexible. It mixes very well in my experience. It's smooth with minimal chunkage and little grittiness while some is to be expected with a pea based protein. I shake mine with half milk/almond milk, water, and a few ice cubes. One thing I really appreciate is the inclusion of digestive enzymes which, double check this, help to break down and absorb the nutrients. Plant protein isn't as bioavailable, so this is a thoughtful inclusion. The label is transparent with the few ingredients it carries along with the amino acid profile. Note that there's less than 4g BCAAs per scoop if this is a concern for you. ***Edit: The container's serving size increased slightly pushing the BCAAs over 4g. I feel good about this brand and the product it put out. I would like to try the chocolate version of this, next, and then the "sport" variations some day.

Had an awful reaction to this drink it took me 4 days to recover from using it for 3 days of taking 1.5 servings. two drinks at 20g serving a piece. They add way more to than the core amino acids... they did not say this. Attached is the label that is on the bag; but you can't find a photo of it anywhere on the net. Full amino acid profile from the label I attached: The 9 Essential Amino Acids (your body can't make these): Histidine* (530 mg) Lysine* (1,520 mg) Methionine* (180 mg) Phenylalanine* (1,120 mg) Threonine* (760 mg) Tryptophan* (190 mg) Isoleucine^ (920 mg) Leucine^ (1,530 mg) Valine*^ (990 mg) Non-Essential Amino Acids (extras they added): Alanine (850 mg) Arginine (1,820 mg) Aspartic Acid (2,370 mg) Cystine (190 mg) Glutamic Acid (3,620 mg) Glycine (810 mg) Proline (1,030 mg) Serine (1,080 mg) Tyrosine (750 mg) They put Glutamic Acid (3,620 mg) which is freaking excessive. Add that to Tyrosine, and aspartic acid and my brain was fried. Coming down off it had me in depression state. And I am not a depressed person. I have taken whey protein drinks before never had this reaction. However, I am allergic to diary, so I was seeking a non-diary solution. I don't take any meds or anything that would interact in a bad way. This was just overdosing my system. So, buyer beware... I would not advise taking this protein at all.

On our third container it does not taste like a chalky protein powder at all. I mix with fruit and oat milk yogurt for a good protein start for our day. Even has given my partner significant improvement with digestive issues. Been a miracle in this house. Such a great find.

This protein shake is on to something. Besides its many added benefits compared to other proteins, (Sugar Free, Probiotics, and Organic), its taste is above par. There is a Vanilla Cream almost Cinnamon taste to it that the monk fruit gives. This Protein Shake completely dissolves in water, I only tried it in water. However, like most protein shakes you will need to eat something light with it so you want fill empty or a little hungry. I also love the fact that there was no bloating after use. I did feel a pump in my muscle after taking it, after my workout, a day to a couple days after. Overall, this protein is great, my only thing is the minor chalky almost dirty taste to it that most plant-based proteins have.

The flavor was good, but I have an issue with texture and the chalkiness of it and the aftertaste was too much, I couldn’t get it down.

El producto como tal muy bueno, pero el envase es un poco pequeño y todo esta tan compacto que hace difícil sacar el medidor sin que se pierda producto.

Ya estoy por terminarlo, siento que si me ha ayudado, a parte me cae muy bien al estómago, la mezclo con la creatina y con un platano le mejora el sabor, la tomó con leche. Ojo sufro de intestino irritable y esta proteina me ha caido muy bien, también porque trae probioticos supongo. Siento energía y fuerza a parte me da hambre jaja esta muy bien para mi la volveré a comprar en una versión más grande.

Ya soy fanático de esta proteina, realmente te deja una buena impresión de la calidad con la que está hecha, ya probé el sabor chai y también es excelente. Yo me la preparo en la mañana haciendo smoothies y quedan super deliciosos, es sorprendente la.manera tan fácil en que se disuelve sin dejar grumos, enverdad eso nunca lo había visto en ningúna proteína, además hay una gran variedad para preparar otros alimentos con esta proteína, en instagram los pueden seguir como VidaBirdman dan recetas excelentes y muy saludables. En mi caso yo no soy totalmente vegano y complemento mi alimentación con esta proteína y puedo asegurarles que antes de consumirla mi digestión era muy mala padecía frecuentemente de colitis y problemas estomacales después empecé a tomar esta proteína y mi estómago mejoro al punto de ya no padecer esos males, no sé a qué se debió pero fue un gran cambio para mí y no dudó en recomendarla, para cualquier propósito que te fijes ya sea bajar o subir de peso con esta proteína lo logras. Antes de tomarla yo pregunté a mi nutrióloga sobre si podía consumirla y le agrado la consistencia de los ingredientes por lo que la complementamos con una buena alimentación. Es una proteína hecha en México apoyemos al mercado nacional. Me gusta mucho el sabor vainilla muy recomendable, espero que saquen promociónes. Probé la BIRDMAN Falcon Protein Vegan y en general me ha dejado una muy buena impresión. Lo primero que me llamó la atención fue su sabor, que es bastante agradable para ser una proteína vegetal, algo que no siempre es fácil de encontrar. En mi caso, me la recomendó mi nutriólogo y me ha funcionado muy bien dentro de mi rutina diaria. Me gusta que es práctica de tomar y se integra fácilmente en licuados o con agua, sin dejar una textura pesada o empalagosa. Otro punto a favor es el precio, ya que me parece bastante accesible en comparación con otras proteínas del mismo tipo, lo que la hace una opción muy conveniente sin sacrificar calidad. En general, es un producto que cumple bien su función, con buen sabor, buena aceptación y un precio competitivo. Sin duda, la seguiría usando dentro de mi plan de alimentación. También he probado la de chocolate y me encanta.
