GLANOUDUN Steel Toe Shoes for Men Welding Work - Slip-On, Mid-Top Coverage

They're very lightweight compared to other steel toed work boots. They feel comfortable and easy to slip on. My feet are wide so it's a semi tight fit but with any boots they'll break in. They're not stiff at all. Downside is there's no support but still manageable and good foot the money.

Bought these for Christmas. Son has worn them for work ever since. They have torn at the seam at the sole. Is this expected? No where for me to write the company directly. Seems more like a manufacturing defect. Would love a way to reach out to the company directly and to understand if others are having the same issues.

Put a gelli'n insole on top of the one it comes with. Helps a lot for long workdays.

FIRST LOOK: These shoes look nice and look like should probably last a long time. But they are NOT RedWings. the sole is flat as a board, and just as hard, and that probably isn't going to improve. Don't expect them to improve much after they "break in." There is a super thin insole -- less than 1/4 inch, about equal to a folded over washcloth -- that doesn't help much and probably won't last long. It wrinkled up and slid out with my foot the FIRST time I took them off. They're not even glued in. You can probably replace them with your own favorite brand of insole, but that kinda makes them not-inexpensive any more. Ask me in a month. UPDATE: these are actually breaking in quite nicely.

The workmanship on these safety shoes is excellent, especially considering the price. They are well-made, durable, and offer great value for the money. As an HVAC technician and handyman, I need footwear that is comfortable, practical, and reliable for long hours on the job, and these shoes meet all those needs. They provide good support and protection and have held up very well in daily use.

its a pretty great shoe upper portion, but why did they use the cheapest sole they could mold, that wears out in 6 months of daily use. ????? Its a waffle molded sole and the ground contact layer is like 2mm thick. Come on guys, spend another 3cent for a 5mm thick wear layer. !!!

Love the look of these boots, first off. They are very lightweight which is another bonus and so far waterproof. The only thing I have found to slightly disappoint me is the thin insole padding. But, nothing an insole insert can't handle. All and all, I'm happy with these boots and a great pair of slip on work boots.
