Some examples: You would be able to see Jupiter as a disk, with the main moons easy to see. Saturn will show its rings, but they will be very tiny. The Orion nebula will be easy to see, but all gray. If I'm not mistaken, I think you can see to about magnitude 7 with these. They would excel with a target like the pleides, and any dense star fields. They won't replace a telescope by any means, but have their place in a stargazer's kit.
