My only complaint is a small leak from the top bowl. The leak is through a small symmetrical hole in the bottom. Due to the symmetry of the hole, I wondered if the hole was there by design and I didn't want to mess with it if it was necessary for the proper functioning of the fountain. I tried to contact the manufacturer through Amazon, but had no luck and the Amazon Customer Service agent didn't seem to understand what I was asking.
