As expected from bajaj and price is good

Working well, installed by self... But difficult to put holes and align it properly... First installed it wrongly which was hiting the wall while opening.. Then again installed wrongly which was restricting to open the door.. Then read the manual and found the diagram very usefull.. based on ur door direction and opening we have to fit it. I still not made it 100% crt. Closing angle should be 90° but I made it to 45° due to holes already present... Please read manual and do it pre planned. Don't put holes immediately as I did. The hydraulic is rotatable from both side front and back. Front is clock wise rotation Back is anti clock wise rotation...

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. All the oil has leaked from the door closer, and the unit has stopped functioning properly. What is even more disappointing is that, despite the product being under warranty, the customer care team has informed me that I need to pay ₹500 for inspection, after which they will decide whether the product is eligible for replacement. The product itself costs only around ₹1,200–₹1,300. This kind of warranty process and product quality is not what I expected from a reputed brand like Godrej. If a product fails due to an apparent manufacturing or product-quality issue during the warranty period, the customer should not be burdened with an inspection charge.

The door closer works okay mechanically, but it is a little bit noisy during operation. Additionally, buyer beware that they do not provide any installation service, so you have to set it up yourself or hire a professional. Worst of all, there is absolutely no after-sales service support or clear warranty claim process if something goes wrong. It functions as a basic hardware item, but the complete lack of customer support makes it a risky purchase.
