Tastes terrible
Unfortunately, I didn't like this tea at all as it tasted just like I would eat a bouquet of flowers, don't even know how to explain that. Had such a different expectation when ordering it. don't know about other flavours, but this one greatly dissapointed

What a divine white tea blend!!
HANFANGLING Floral White Tea is a delightful blend that combines white tea with rose, cherry blossom, jasmine, and natural herbs. This tea is designed to refresh the mind, relieve anxiety, and promote sleep, making it a perfect choice for those looking to unwind and relax. The floral aroma and light, delicate flavor provide a soothing tea experience that is both calming and enjoyable. Brewing this tea is a pleasant ritual, and the natural ingredients offer a range of health benefits. The only slight drawback is that the floral flavors might be too subtle for some, requiring a longer steeping time to fully appreciate the blend. Despite this, HANFANGLING Floral White Tea is a wonderful choice for anyone seeking a gentle and aromatic tea to enhance their relaxation routine. Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)

The insipid cinnamon fails to mask the bitterness
A family member writes: this mugwort leaf cinnamon tea tastes rather bitter. I infused it for about a minute, and if I had left it for five minutes as the instructions suggest, the taste would have been even stronger. When I had a second cup, I added some fruit cordial as a sweetener to counteract the bitterness. This is the only way I could think of to make it palatable. The tea is meant to counteract insomnia, so I was hoping that it would help me sleep. I did find it relaxing, and although I wouldnโt say I had a great nightโs sleep, it was slightly better than usual. The most noticeable effect from the tea was that it gave me vivid dreams. When I checked online, I found that this is mentioned as one of the possible effects of mugwort. For my part, I brewed a teabag for the full 5 minutes, to no noticeable effect. The colour remained washed out, and the bitterness was unpleasant, although I would not go so far as to describe it as being any worse than a cheap green tea (but nothing like as powerful-tasting). The cinnamon was perceptible, and made the bitterness less obvious than it might otherwise have been. However, I didnโt notice any relaxing effects, impact on my sleep or vivid dreaming! This tea is high in vitamin C and antioxidants, which could have general health benefits, but it is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or lactating (why, I have no idea). The product is made in China and comes in a foil-lined pack containing just the 20 teabags. Considering the price, this makes it relatively expensive per tea bag.

Strong aroma from a very light tea
The real character of this tea is in the aroma. The barley scent is quite powerful, and really goes into your nose whenever you lift a mug of this tea near your mouth. Itโs a very pleasant and natural smell, that reminds me of open fields and (for some reason) breakfast cereals, but itโs also not an aroma that Iโm accustomed to associating with tea, so it did take a while to get used to. In other respects, this tea is fairly ordinary. Itโs a mild oolong, not bursting with colour or flavour even when brewed for quite a long time. Itโs smooth and light, and ends up a little like white tea but without the bitterness. The bags are quite large, and clearly filled with plenty of material, though they do feel a little bit fragile. I havenโt had any of them rip on me yet, but they feel like the kind of bags where a proportion of them could end up ripping- especially when unsticking the drawstring label from the teabag. The drawstring is handy enough and they are a convenient teabag for brewing, but the quality of the bags and the presentation doesnโt feel very โpremiumโ. At time of writing, this tea is priced at a tenner for twenty bags, but with a 40% voucher which would make it six quid. A tenner is too steep for sure, but at six quid, this tea is worth a try- especially if you like the sound of a barley-smelling tea, or you like trying lighter and paler green and white teas generally.

Tasty and different
This is a delicious tea that is both refreshing and a bit different. It is completely herbal based around mugwort and cinnamon meaning it has a delicious flavour as well as health benefits. We have it as a hot refreshing tea drink and also use it to make a glass jug to keep in the fridge with ice for long summer days. it is easy to make and you feel so refreshed after drinking it.

I LOVE mugwort so I knew I had to try a new brand. This is loose leaf mugwort, packed tight in its bag. It is surprisingly not as bitter as other mugwort teas I've tried. Normally mugwort is VERY bitter!! But this was strangely tolerable. Still bitter, but not as sharp and biting as I've had in the past. So if you've been scared of mugwort's intense flavor, give this one a try and maybe you won't be so put off.

I drink this at night, and it helps me sleep. It's bitter so I have my adult daughter spruce it up. I read the warning label on the package, and while the warnings don't apply to me, I think they should be in the ad. This tea has so many benefits, if you can get past the taste or spruce it up with add-ins, I highly recommend this tea.
