I’m very impressed with King Oscar Skinless & Boneless Salmon in Olive Oil! The salmon has a rich, satisfying flavor, and I really appreciate that it comes skinless and boneless, making it incredibly easy to use straight from the package. The olive oil complements the Atlantic salmon beautifully and helps keep it moist and flavorful. I’ve enjoyed it on salads, with crackers, in sandwiches, mixed into pasta, and as a quick protein option when I don't have time to prepare a full meal. This is probably my third of fourth order of the King Oscar salmon in Mediterranean seasoning. It is potent when you open the can, but the flavor grows on you until you are chomping at the bit for the next sale to order again. This is satisfying, the portion and texture and taste is perfect for fish lovers and definitely healthier than eating a jar of peanut butter when you feel a bit hungry..

I use this salmon as the key meat source in my Mediterranean recipes and straight up on garden salads.

Product is great = 4+ stars. Healthy fish option. However the packing of my order was another story. They were packed in a large box along with several other ordered items, the salmon cans were in a cardboard box, which was busted open, with three of the cans leaking olive oil. Luckily the sender put the salmon box in a plastic bag, however that leaked some as well. Won't order these on- line anymore, and will just try to find in my area grocery stores.

What a statement… my coworkers don’t understand my deep feelings for Oscar’s gourmet fish… the Mediterranean variant takes me to another world. I have an out of body experience every time. Some buy cigarettes and stimulants, mine just come in tin form. The only complaint is that I can’t buy an entire skid at a time. Or can I? I’ve got Google at my fingertips. My fishy fingertips are going to get to typing!

They taste good and are very healthy. That's the way to go.
