My holy grail
U don’t workout without acetyl l carnitine anymore. I ran out of the powdered one that I had and just ordered this since my powdered one would take longer. It works wonders.

Not a huge difference, but a difference
The vitiman helped me out. I'm not going to say it made a tremendous difference, but it did make a difference. I feel a little better after about 2 weeks of taking the medicine everyday. I will probably stay with the vitamin because it made an improvement. I think that it's worth the investment. Anything that helps make you feel just a little better is worth the money.
