It's really cute. Great toaster.

We bought this toaster last year and have had many opportunities to use it. Thie Roter Mond 4 Slice Toaster Retro looks very cool on the counter. We got green! More importantly, it consistently toasts perfectly. On my side, I like it dark. My boyfriend’s side is on a lighter setting. Both sides toast perfectly for each of us and that is while toasting at the same time. Well worth the price!

My father taught me when I was young, buy the best you can afford for what ever tool you buy. A toaster is a tool and in my my opinion this tool falls right in that category. Very well made, very good looking design. I have to include I was surprised the first time the toast popped up, it literally popped! :-) So order a base ball glove when you buy this toaster! Just kidding but my point is this machine is very well made, and does a great job. Bagels face outward when using the bagel feature. In other words, the left two bays face to the left and the right, same with the right pair of bays. Long story short i recommend this toaster! Tom

This is a great toaster! The color is pretty and my mom loved the style. The bread is evenly toasted and the temperature variances are great. We tend to keep it around 2.

This replaced a 15 year old toaster that started to give me problems. This toaster looks great, has a defrost cycle, and a Bagel cycle. The slots are wide enough for waffles, bagels, English Muffins, and most breads. BUT. Some commercial rye bread is too long for the length of the slots, and thus have to be cut in half to fit. Toasting white bread is totally uneven as shown in their ad. The heaters are separated and thus toast in bands with done and not done sections. The waffles, bagels, English Muffins seem to toast ok. The defrost cycle worked fine on waffles. I like the popup lever, a plus. The defrost cycle is a plus. The Cancel button is a plus. The cleanout trays are a plus. The Amazon description says this is a 1,850 watt unit, and it is. The wattage is 825 watts per side, so that if using both sides at once, you do not overload you wall receptacle or circuit breaker.

Such a beautiful toaster. Less time spend on cleaning as opposed to stainless steel. It’s so retro and elegant. My best toaster I ever bought. It works great

Before we bought this, we had an Oster long slot 4 slice toaster. It could never toast a piece of bread decently and we hated the thing. So we decided to bite the bullet on the Roto Mond 4 slice toaster. What a difference! This toaster looks fantastic, and toasts brilliantly and consistently. It has a feel of quality about it and does the job perfectly. I would definitely recommend it!
