NXGKET Walkie Talkies Long Rang 5 Miles, FRS, Adults, Rechargeable, NOAA

I recently took a cruise with my family, including my elderly parents. We wanted a way to stay in touch onboard without having to rely on our cell phones (which can be expensive on cruise ships). We decided to try the NXGKET Walkie Talkies (4 Pack) and were incredibly happy with them! These walkie talkies are simple to use, even for my technophobic parents. They have a clear LCD screen and large buttons that are easy to see and press. The advertised range is up to 3 miles in open areas, and we found that they worked well throughout the ship, even on different decks. This was great for keeping track of everyone, especially in crowded areas. The walkie talkies come with rechargeable batteries and a USB charging cable that lasted a very long time! Overall, we found the NXGKET Walkie Talkies to be a great way to stay connected with our family on our cruise. They were easy to use, had a good range, and allowed us to communicate without having to worry about cell phone charges.

We do a lot of ghost hunting and get separated and don't have cell service all the time. So we decided to give walkie talkies a try. These are perfect! They are very durable and even have a flashlight! The communication works great as well and you get a lot for your money! The charge lasts a long time and you charge multiple at once with the usb wall plug. It has multiple features as well that can do radio or weather too. These walkie talkies are great! Definitely recommend if you do ghost hunting or even camping or hiking as well, perfect design for that as well!

I got these for my 9 year old. We went to a park with friends and the kids each took one as they rode their scooters down the path. They had a great time talking back and forth. The sound is fantastic and they are easy to use. My 7 year old loves them too. The flashlight is nice to have. What kid doesn't love a flashlight. I'd buy these again in a heartbeat. They also like the colors. The first thing they decided was who got which color. I don't know what kind of distance they get yet but we used them at least 1/4 of a mile and they were perfect. They got them 8 days ago and haven't charged them yet, but they don't use them nonstop. They use them here and there.

Ill start by saying these are decent walkies for the price. I got these for a road trip with 2 vehicles where I wanted to be able to communicate with the other vehicle and also speak with my kids in the back of the van while driving. They worked for that. Now, my youngest did manage to press enough buttons on 1 of there to where It transmits constantly. Can't figure out how to get that to stop. Battery life is pretty good. We charged them about every 2-3 days and was able to use them while they were charging which was convenient. My main and probably only con is the range. I specifically tried to find a "long range" set that could do at least 1 mile. This advertises 2 miles on clear open space. We did run into a few sections in the mountains where the other vehicle fell behind maybe 1/8th of a mile around a small bend and there was mostly static. I would think at such a short distance, line of sight wouldn't be required but it seems so. They still worked great for almost every scenario we put them through and will keep them around for further use. For the price, I'd probably buy them again for the same purpose.

The weight is light, easy to clip or hold onto. Quality is durable and doesn't fall apart. Channels are easy to flip through. Range is almost accurate, I have less than 2 acre of property and can here it from one end to the other. Perfect for camping, open houses at schools for older kids who like to run about, perfect for Walmart when you shop with someone across the store. Also perfect for big parks and you need to make sure your kids are okay when they suddenly disappear lol. Also, the charging station doesn't take long to charge fully and holds a charge for a couple days if you use it frequently. Can be plugged into a base solar charger to charge while your at a campground or site. Good for workers for construction, good for little shops for people who work there. I'm hoping I'm not leaving out any details but these work really well! All around the best walkie talkie!

These were great and seemed like nice quality but we were SUPER disappointed that they didn't work over the 1.5 mile range that we were hoping they would. I feel like there's NO WAY that the 5 mile range would work if the 1.5 doesn't work in our situation. We tested them and they seemed to lose connection at about .75 miles

Work perfectly. I do guided tours and I give one to each car. They work just great. Wish I've always used them. Very easy to use and good sound
