The weight is light, easy to clip or hold onto. Quality is durable and doesn't fall apart. Channels are easy to flip through. Range is almost accurate, I have less than 2 acre of property and can here it from one end to the other. Perfect for camping, open houses at schools for older kids who like to run about, perfect for Walmart when you shop with someone across the store. Also perfect for big parks and you need to make sure your kids are okay when they suddenly disappear lol. Also, the charging station doesn't take long to charge fully and holds a charge for a couple days if you use it frequently. Can be plugged into a base solar charger to charge while your at a campground or site. Good for workers for construction, good for little shops for people who work there. I'm hoping I'm not leaving out any details but these work really well! All around the best walkie talkie!

I recently took a cruise with my family, including my elderly parents. We wanted a way to stay in touch onboard without having to rely on our cell phones (which can be expensive on cruise ships). We decided to try the NXGKET Walkie Talkies (4 Pack) and were incredibly happy with them! These walkie talkies are simple to use, even for my technophobic parents. They have a clear LCD screen and large buttons that are easy to see and press. The advertised range is up to 3 miles in open areas, and we found that they worked well throughout the ship, even on different decks. This was great for keeping track of everyone, especially in crowded areas. The walkie talkies come with rechargeable batteries and a USB charging cable that lasted a very long time! Overall, we found the NXGKET Walkie Talkies to be a great way to stay connected with our family on our cruise. They were easy to use, had a good range, and allowed us to communicate without having to worry about cell phone charges.

i use them for my kids around the house. pretend to be on the phone and works about 200 ft with line of sight. so also great if i want to talk to them out side or at the park. i like the convenient charger as well becuase i can charge all 4 at once, waiting for the next adventure.

A good small family radio. Well built. Range is as advertised. Easy to use. Low cost so uf you loose one, no big deal. Good buy.

Very nice walkie talkies. We only use around the house and yard, and reception is very good. We like that we can use a sub-code as well as picking a channel to use for both privacy and not being bothered by others on the same channel. Our older 'talkies' only had the 20+ base channels, and we had to listen to other people on the same channel - like an old time "party line". No more. There are about 140 sub channels for each of the 20+ channels. In fact, about 100 of each channel's subchannels are unique to NXGKET. Our old "Talkies' wouldn't last 24 hours before needing a recharge. THESE go several days. Each of the four new ones has a unique color, so we each know which is ours. Recharging them is much more convenient. You just use the supplied USB-C cable. It has a THREE-headed USB-C ends so it can charge three at a time. NOAH weather at your fingertip. The cost works out to be less than $15 per "talkie". These 'talkies are seriously better than the basic ones we finally got rid of. We'll see how well they hold up, but for now, color us happy. Oh, and a flashlight is built in .

Overall, great set. Purchase them for a cruise, tested them out in the yard before we left and had great reception up to about two miles. While on the cruise, we did not have the same long-range abilities and it did not work a 100% of the time. If we were on the same side of the ship, it was very handy to help find exactly where we were. Luckily, my husband and I knew where our kids would typically be on the boat, so we could get close enough to chirp the kids. I'm giving 3 stars because I was under the impression that it would work a 100% of the time, no matter where we were on the ship.

Bought for myself, husband and sister-in-law. My sister in-law lives about a block away. These have came in very handy for quick response to questions without having to find phone. I would recommend keeping them charged up at all times. If not they may haunt you in your sleep. When they are losing charge they beep nonstop very loudly. Loud enough to wake you from a slumber. Great value for the money I will say they are very handy.
