When our refrigerator went out, we called and got warranty information. They advised us to find a local company to determine what the problem was. We sent them the information, and they are replacing the refrigerator for us.

Our church is very well pleased with the refrigerator purchase we made. The refrigerator works very well.

Good refrigerator and good customer service for set up

I do not recommend this product or the seller. This item was never able to properly hold a temperature and has now failed. It’s supposedly comes with a warranty which has been unacceptable from the seller and while it claims to be parts and labor, they insist on saying they will send me the parts and I can do the work myself. Not sure why they advertise a warranty. Also, I am getting calls from a “technical support” person who I can’t really understand and doesn’t understand me. Sounds like he is from China (legitimately) and can’t get that resolved. I recommend anyone to avoid this and look elsewhere for a quality product and service. I had very special meats in here for events and now much of it is ruined. Photo attached of product leaking and inside is much worse. Very disappointing!

I wish the temperature display was up above the door so I could see it easier.

Had some issues with shipping took longer took couple days longer but works great no issues

The freezer we received is very nice and very large for our harvest. Looking forward to filling it with fresh food. Highly recommend this product. Also customer support very helpful.
