Best Pioneer Sub!!
First impressions, I was completely blown away with the build quality and design of this sub. I installed it and am powering it with a Pioneer GM-D9701 @ 1ohm. This subwoofer eats everything this amp has to give it and laughs at it. 1800WRMS is most likely accurate for what the sub can take. It is a power hungry sub though. As for sound, It does have a higher FS at 47Hz but with some break in time, I'm sure it will drop a little and allow better low end extension. The 22mm XMAX and 3.5" voice coil allow this sub to take a ton of power and sound great while doing it. Overall I am completely blown away with this subwoofer! May very well be the best Pioneer sub since their big SPL days!

I purchased this car subwoofer and overall it performs pretty well for daily use. The bass output is solid and adds a noticeable improvement to the overall sound system. It gives music more depth and presence without overwhelming the mids and highs when properly tuned. For normal listening, it provides a good, balanced experience in the car. Installation was fairly straightforward, and once set up, it has run consistently without issues like distortion or cutting out. The build quality seems decent, and it feels like it should hold up well with regular use. It may not be a top-tier competition-level sub, but for everyday driving and casual listening, it does a good job enhancing the audio experience. Overall, it’s a reliable subwoofer that delivers good bass and a noticeable upgrade to factory sound systems.

this looks like a beast till you take the boot cover off, its 2 inch's wide and then you see its joke ! put in in ported or sealed and its the worst sub ive ever heard in 40 years. the only thing that was good was it could be returned
