Comfortable, heat level was just right, and the fabric is soft.

Stopped working right after return window closed… very disappointed!

Product works well, but as others have noted the cord is very short. The mask itself is comfortable. There needs to be more options for the timing and heating mechanism.

This heated mask is so nice! Heats to the perfect temp, has a timer, great for dry eyes. My only complaint is the cord! It is much too short to use. I have to use my power bank to use this mask. An extension cord would probably work too. I apparently didn’t read very well, but I thought it would be chargeable. It is not, which would be fine, but like I said the cord is too short to function well.

Doesn’t heat up well and definitely not close enough to eyelids to treat anything blepharitis related, so I’d say false adverting on that front.

Liked this mask. Had always used the type you use in the microwave. This one is gentler on the eyes, and also has an inbuilt timer. Does the job, would recommend Can change heat level, I use highest but can adjust to individual taste
