I first had experience with the Emporia Vue3 and that connected easily. The Emporia Smart Plugs were not as easy. I use a mesh wireless system (multiple Ruckus access points). Per the troubleshooting guide, I had to shut off all but one of them and re-try. After multiple attempts and re-boots of the Smart Plug it connected.
