This is a VERY good item, well made and with clear instructions in proper grammatical English. How rare that is today. Worked fine straight out of the box. It comes with two large red button units, either or both of which can be placed in a cradle or attached to a loose-fitting lanyard which the user(s) can hang around their neck so that they have a panic button available at all times. The cradles can either be stuck to a surface using adhesive pads, or screwed into wall plugs (plugs and screws supplied). The carer (me) has a small portable paging station which can be placed in a pocket, or clipped to clothing with a detachable clip. It emits an audible alarm at three easily-selectable volume levels, and the loudest one is REALLY loud. There are two types of alarm - a simple ding-dong, or a longer siren type of sound which can be cancelled by pressing a button. You choose which one you want with a small slide switch. It has given the relative whom I care for instant peace of mind, as well as myself. It's a simple and highly recommended unit which does everything that it says on the tin.

A must have for any care giver. Purchased for my mum to alert my Dad if she needs help whilst he's in the garden and can't hear her shouts. I fixed one button to the wall in the bathroom and put the other button on the lanyard (provided) to wear as a necklace. Both buttons paired to the chime instantly with very good range. I would imagine you'd only use the chime setting ( sounds like a doorbell) as the siren setting is incredibly loud alerting the entire county that she was finished on the loo 😂

It works well for us. My husband is bed bound and this device is easy to use.

This is a great pager. After coming out of hospital my wife is stuck in a hospital bed downstairs. By pressing a button this little pager lets her call me from upstairs, brilliant. Use straight out the box best gadget I've purchased for years. Highly recommended.

This is brilliant So easy to use No set up or wi fi required My elderly parents can easily call for me during night they sleep downstairs and I am upstairs It even works in the garden so I can take it outside and they can press button to call me in emergency Love it Highly recommend

This has brought so much peace of mind for me my elderly mother has the button in her room and can call me during the night...relief. It works amazing. Not 5 stars has I haven't had to change any batteries yet as they were pre installed.

El producto esta excelente, tiene 3 modos de volumen y 2 tipos de sonido, el primero es un Ding Dong, y el segundo un sonido de sirena De la señal de alcance es muy bueno, los botones son 2 modos, vienen con su base y cada base se le puede pegar 1 adhesivo para pegarlos en la pared, si se desea retirar el botón de la base es tan solo sacándolo hacia arriba, y listo para llevar a cualquier sitio de la casa, si ocurre una emergencia.. la persona solo oprime el botón y listo Un buen equipo la verdad y de materiales buenos Aquí les dejaré fotos para que vean como es el producto, como es el interior del botón y para que vean que tipo de batería usa (Los botones usa batería mas pequeña) y un video para que vean como funciona el producto

This product is both loud, and very easy to use. I personally found the “Ding Dong” sound more gentle than the “Alarm” one. From my experience, whenever my elderly mother needed my help, she usually yells and I could hear it. However, things have changed where her voice isn’t as loud as it used to be, and I couldn’t hear her calling for me as a result. Doesn’t seem like she’d use her phone to call for me either, so I didn’t have any other option. This product helped out a great deal where all she has to do is press the button, I hear the sound, and I go directly to her so that I could help. I find it effective in small apartment units, as the rooms are not so far apart for at-home care. I would recommend it to anyone who’s trying to take care of their elderly family at home. If you’re going to be outside for most of the day, don’t bother. This product is good, but it’s not long distance like a phone. Nor is it a replacement for those LifeLine machines when in need of a 911 emergency.
