NileCart 8.5" Large metal Egyptian ANKH cross - ANKH Wall Art made in Egypt (Antique Brass)

Beautiful, gorgeous, heavy, and worth every penny and the long wait.

So glad I ordered this ankh ... the Egyptian symbol of eternal life. It's the perfect size -- substantial without being garish. It now hangs in a place of honor on the wall above my desk in my home office.

I ordered the gold Ankh to add to my cross collection after reading the reviews. It states made in Egypt and was packaged on a thin piece of cardboard with clear wrap over it. Then Amazon puts it in a too small box with bubble wrap. Luckily, mine came perfect but could see how easily it could be broken if the box was damaged in transit being so small it could be crushed. The cross is lovely and the Egyptian symbol's are slightly different on each side but well defined. Mine was slightly bent but not enough to try and bend back as I was afraid it could break. I would purchase again knowing I could return it if it came broken but think Amazon could do a better job packing it. The cross itself is thick enough but it looks easy to break if bent but the price is good and with free returns I would recommend this Ankh as it is a really nice piece.
