I wear a size 10xw in propet women's sneakers. would a size 10 in the ladies' sandals fit me?

My answer would be yes. I myself have a hard time with the right shoe being wide enough due to a surgery and the other being not flopping around. These are perfect. I sat the one in the sun and gave it a little stretch..wahla. I've been wearing em every day ❤️.

What is the difference between the men and women sandals of the same size?

Hello friend. If the shoe is suitable for the same foot length, men's shoes because of the difference between male and female foot bones, the instep and foot are designed to be relatively wider; If it is the same shoe size, men's shoes will be longer than women's shoes，The 7 size of our men's recovery slides are equivalent to the 8 size of women's recovery slides.

How does "one size smaller" work for narrow feet?

If you have narrow feet, these sandals possibly may not work for you. They run large and wide. For me, going one size smaller worked perfectly (and I do not have narrow feet). They are super soft and comfortable. Maybe give them a try and if they are too wide, return them.
