I use this to make fruit pâté and works well. There is a little scoop buried in the bottle, no idea of its capacity so not too useful.

This was a huge jar. I’m gluten intolerant and I use Xantham gum in most of my baking. This says it’s a 100% pure so even though it’s made in another country, I thought I’d give it a try because the price was very reasonable. It was sealed tight and when I opened it, the product looked fresh with no bugs. I would highly recommend to anyone needing this. It will definitely last me awhile.

Works great in a variety of dishes. I use it in coconut protein bread and as a soup and sauce thickener.

Tried a new recipe from TikTok and expected the same results, but the jello was loose and not as firm as in the video. In my experience with gelatine, I always use at least a teaspoon more than the recipe requires. Still a good product.

This stuff works! You don't need lots, so a small container goes a long way.

Bought this for an aircrete portland cement recipe, not cooking. Should work great, but it's deep winter here now so that has to wait.
