Is better than gold version because on gold one after you apply and dry hair you can see the particle of gold which on day light the look like sparkle so I didn't like to be so obvious the gold particles.

The instructions are written on the bottle. But I would use lower heat for the straightener. My hair got burnt and damaged using 180 degree
