Worth the Positive Difference
I did not expect too much from this CANOPUS sound deadening product - but wanted to test a single large panel (before and after) to check. The difference is impressive. One box of this material made a significant difference in soundproofing even in a floor area without much vibration. I bought a second batch to use in underseat floors and trunk and expect equally good results. Worth it.

Easy to apply to spare tire well of Lexus RX350. Reduced resonance. Next step is to add closed cell foam to further reduce sound coming into cabin.

Easy to install.
I bought CANOPUS Sound Deadening Mat for Cars, 50 mil. I install today on my 2023 Jeep Wrangler Hardtop. I was very impressed with the ease of installation. It was easy to cut and place. Once placed the glue adhered very well and I feel confident that it will stay in place. I performed a dB test before and after the installation. Before my reading was 64.4 dB after I was getting 64.0 dB with just the deadening mat. Not a big difference. However, I found the deadening mat helped a great deal with the acoustics in my cabin. After installing a Boom Mat Headliner over the deadening mat I got a 63.2 dB reading, I am pleased with Sound Deadening Mat.
