I am a woman in my early 40's and have been using this collagen powder for a while now and can definitely see great results - my skin feels great, my hair is thicker and my nails grow (almost too quick!). I would say I feel more energetic but I cannot honestly say this is down to collagen alone but it certainly helps! I use this in my morning coffee and cannot taste it at all, perhaps I could slightly in the beginning but have certainly become blind to it now. It dissolves fine, a quick stir and no lumps. I have tried all sorts of different brands in the past but would not change from this now - the collagen content is higher than most i have seen but beyond anything else, I can see the results. One tub seems to last well over a month, with 2 scoops per day I am really happy with the value! I do shop around but usually Amazon is the best place. Highly recommended!

Love this powder. It is completely unflavoured. It dissolved completely in water without any lumps. Wish it was cheaper though. Also unclear whether 20g a day are really necessary. I believe that this same product is marketed as "10g per portions" in Europe as opposed to the American "20g per portion". I found no scientific evidence that 20g/day provide substantially greater benefits than around 10 g/day. This of course affects the duration, one can just choose whether to use 2 or 4 spoons a day.
