Any tips for getting the stand ball in?? I've been struggling with it for a while now. I've tried using a hair dryer to warm it up first with no luck.

So we just put it where it goes then pushed hard with a hand directly on top. The plastic base broke but I made a simple one out of wood which is much more sturdy. It was difficult but works great.

No,it's fix as a open mouth position only.At a high price display figure ($49.99),you think McFarland toys would make the Bashee(dragon) figure that the mouth would move up and down, but then it cost more to produce the dragon at a much higher price.Still,this Bashee is a awesome figure to display,with the wings open!! It's a huge dragon and worth the price of$49.99!
