Alot of seeds for the money!
There is alot of seeds which means 1 bag could last 6 months for one person. Seeds are a little bitter but not that you will not want to eat them and they are small the size of a pumpkin seed but look like an almond.

Don't let anyone downplay the amazing benefits of apricot seeds. Be cautious without fear. I am less cautious than most. I chew five seeds, rather than the recommended two. I am however always on the look out for plant life that has not been spray with the for sure cancer causing herbicide glysophate. Or other life threatening techniques used on our food supply

I read bitter apricot seeds are poisonous
High quality but please be careful I heard it can be poisonous so they have to be cooked it’s used for Chinese medicine ita toxic by nature.! Bitter ones are poisonous so do your research before eating !
