Directions Use 2 tbsp as a topping or inclusion. Store in refrigerator once opened. Heat gently for use in certain dishes.

Review: Delicious Salted Caramel - this is so tasty and you can definitely taste the sea salt, which I really enjoy. My daughter and I both love salted caramel and have always tried any product we can find that has it as its flavor. We tried the Ghirardelli caramels with the sea salt caramel filling and they were good. The caramel by itself is definitely more noticeable with the salt, but not too salty at all. I think some would find it a tad bit too salty depending on their taste preference and if they tend to use salt in their cooking or enjoy other snacks that usually have plenty salt in them. I use salt in my cooking and definitely enjoy salted snacks so this was only slightly noticeable in salty to my daughter and me. I would definitely buy this again. It says to use it within 3 weeks and it did not say to store in the fridge. I plan to keep it in the fridge to help it stay good for as long as it takes to get through the bottle. I have used this on ice cream and on baked goods, even on cookies and chocolate and it all was really good with this on it. I plan to use it on cheesecake but will add it before serving since it is on the thinner side. Really nice product!
