Although this towel rack works great once install, I have to admit that a LOT of measuring had to be done because no pattern diagram was included. This would’ve cut the installation time in half and would’ve made it so much easier, especially when you have to drill pilot holes in a marble wall…. just sayin’.

If you looking for "out of the dryer hot" these will not do that. You will have a slightly warm towel that will dry quicker than hanging it on a regular towel rod. If you want really want hot towels you will need to put them in a dryer or a heated towel basket.

The media could not be loaded.  My old towl warmer rack stopped working where I found this one, perfect color, really good specs and the perfect size too. I was not dissappointed, this one is really nice. First off, it comes with all the parts, and all the parts are really nice quality too. Four bolt easy installation and comes with a complete power cord along with a good length too. Secondly, the warmer works great. It has a consistant warmth on all of the rungs, where that is really nice along with the control and even an indicator light to show when its on. Lastly, its perfect to size, exactly what I was looking for in width and length and has a good quality weight to it too. Also, the color is consistant throughout, not a shade differance anywhere on it. No cons, exactly what I was looking for where I am very happy with the purchase.

Big, nice warmer. Gets warm/hot fast. Better than expected. It’s really set up for plug in use but can be hardwired. You have to cut the plug off and install your own connectors. Bought a second one for another bathroom.
