I've had a few different pressure cooker / air fryers at this point and this is by far the best and most convenient to use. I use it more than my stove, oven and microwave combined. It's so versatile and easy to use. I love that the air fryer lid is not attached to the base. It takes up a lot less room that way and it's also easier to transport if you ever want to take it anywhere. I'm on my second one. The first one lasted for almost 2 years, although as I said it got used a LOT. I bought a second one a few months ago and had an electrical surge situation at my home where it got fried. It was the only small appliance to do so, but it was understandable. Anyway the customer service was stellar. They replaced the base no questions asked, and I had the new one in a matter of a few days, with the postage label inside to send the old one back. So no shipping cost to me. All the accessories still worked just fine, including the air fryer lid. I hope this one lasts longer than the first one, but even if it doesn't I would probably get another one because the features are that good.

Loving it, I had the ninja 10 for years when it went out it was no longer in the market. This has been a bit better in my opinion with a bit more versatility and more pieces to just flat out do more with. Great addition to our kitchen.

It's great when it works. After less than a month, the air fryer lid stopped heating up. Contacted NuWave customer service. They replaced lid. Great. Now it's another month later, the air fryer lid stopped heating up AGAIN. Contacted NuWave customer service AGAIN. I asked them to allow me to send the unit to them and either get a whole new one or get a refund. They say they can’t give me a refund because I didn't buy it directly from them. They won't just send a whole new unit because they've “already sent a replacement lid.” So their remedy is to send me a new base. More to come once I get the new base. I don't expect it to fix the problem and I told that to customer service but this is their solution. UPDATE - downgrade to one star because I cannot give zero. Today I received the new base. It arrived damaged (see pic)!!! Predictably it also did not fix the problem with the lid. So to recap - I purchased this Nuwave product and its original lid worked but stopped working after less than a month. The replacement lid also worked and stopped working after about a month. When I reported the second lid not working, I was sent me a damaged powerbase although I didn’t report the powerbase as not working in the first place. Nuwave's customer service certainly responds promptly but the action they take as their responses are insufficient and exacerbate the situation. Perhaps it's Nuwave's expectation and policy that I, as a customer, should just keep accepting faulty components indefinitely as their response to an unusable appliance. No thank you! I've forwarded them a copy of my Amazon invoice and requested a refund. Given the circumstances, nothing else would be appropriate at this point.

Came with lots of extras. This is my second one as my first one the air fryer lid burned out. Really easy to use, and does a good job. I like that I only need one pot for multiple functions.

Love this product! Easy to use. Really love the multiple ways to cook. I have only tried pressure cooker, air fryer, and grill options; and they all worked great. The air fryer basket is a little smaller than my last and is not non-stick so a little harder to clean than my air fryer was. Food tastes great. Would recommend.

Like most multi-tools, this is both very efficient in space and such for doing different tasks, but also a bit imperfect at doing each thing. First and foremost clean everything as best as you can, and run a full high heat cycle or two to make it off gas. Otherwise your food might smell a bit like over heated plastic after the first run or two. Air fryer mode: - Cooks food on the outside to a char but items in the middle are still under cooked. I have tried lowering the temperature and increasing the time, but stirring/rotating food is really the only answer to prevent this problem. - Lifting the air fryer lid means your arms are over the hot air / steam. Then, there is a very hot heating element and hot metal guard, and spinning fan that is a hazard to touch or to being put down on the wrong surface. This _NEEDS_ to be redesigned to be able to hinge the lid out of the way to access the food to stir/flip/rotate the contents without having to pick up and put down the lid. So... this is not bad enough to return, but not good enough in design, quality, etc for daily use. It will be a backup/second device for when my main air fryer, larger slow cooker, etc are already in use. And this device will become an integral part of my truck-camping kit.
