If i buy this cartridge , will get a 2021 expiration date?

I purchased one in July 2020 and it had a November 2022 expiration date on it.

Will this work for both the hp mfp 586z and the hp e58650z printers? this cartridge model is listed on both spec sheets for each of the models.
