Sensitive eyes / skin beware *by E***T on 3 May 2022* I can't comment on how effective this product is in terms of hydration, reducing puffiness etc. I didn't get that far! The product is highly perfumed so if you have sensitive eyes / skin you might want to think twice about purchasing. It's quite an artificial / acrid scent (the low price point may have an impact here).
