Hanami Basics, Small Paper Loaf Pan, 25-Pack, 6 inches x 2.5 inches x 2 inches

I use these for my daughter’s school bake sales - they are half the size of a normal loaf pan, and so a typical pound cake recipe makes two of these. I line the bottom with parchment so the (tiny pin-sized) aren’t an issue. They do grease stain a little with certain recipes, but overall they do a good job and look professional. I baked eggnog cakes in these pans for my friends in a ladies group. The pans were sprayed with baking coating before entering the oven. After holding up with a bit of over-filling, I wrapped the cooled cakes in BPA free plastic wrap and tied the gathered wrap with a raffia bow. The ladies were so pleased.These pans present so beautifully.

So cute! We made cranberry orange loafs for the whole office. Great size for sharing with friends/family: without us doing full loads! The recipe we used for a single regular loaf size, made about 3 of these loafs. Make sure to put a baking pan under when cooking ;)

I have been using these for several years now. However, recently starting to look at other available products. Sometimes my quick breads crown beautiful and other times they seem not to hold there shape and run over. I bake for a Market.

I made beer bread and the butter on the top of the dough leaked everywhere. Otherwise, these are a perfect gift- size baking pan for bread and for any occasion.

Since I have previous experience with something similar to these little loaf pans that was not sturdy enough to hold the batter to bake, I was really reluctant to buy these though it turned out to be durable, sturdy and pretty to hold up its shape and great as a gift.

I ordered these for gifts to give out for the holidays. I did not bake directly in them. I baked in muffin pans than transferred to these. They were the perfect gifts for neighbors and departing gifts for friends and family around the holidays.

These were perfect for the cranberry but breads I was making in large quantities. I did have to adjust my baking time from the recipe since they were small than a full size loaf. The presentation of the breads were great as teacher gifts
