Great winch line for a great price
DISCLAIMER: I have not had any pull on this rope yet, so can't comment on its rated strength. However, packaging and quality thus far I'm very impressed with for a sub-$100 winch line. Appreciate the red sheath covering the pack few feet of the line to give a visible reminder to stop unspooling. I replaced the cable on my Badlands winch, and as such it didn't have a location to secure the end of the rope. I resorted to using a Bubba Ropes Grabber to start the spool, though getting the rope once cut into the grabber took a while as once you cut the rope, it frays badly. So taking a torch to the end will stop the fraying, but you then need to clamp it in a vice or a clamp once burned to form the rope so that it will fit through the grabber. Hook is very nice, though I will use a soft shackle for recoveries as the heft of the hook, if becoming disconnected, can make it a dangerous projectile. Using the hook to secure to a shackle when not winching, and replaced the cotter pin with an easily removable pin. Overall a great rope.

Time will tell
Didn’t have too much stretch to it. Definitely tightened up when I first used it. Going to try and add an eyelet to the mounting side and use it as a winch extension. The hook is definitely beefy.

Typical amsteel tow rope, but vastly better price.
I use these somewhat destructively on a log-grapple winch. Despite all claims, they are not as strong as a steel cable of the same size, except perhaps under ideal conditions. That being said, this model is cheaper by far than any other I have bought; the splices were as strong, and the value was better than any other I have purchased. Day-in and day out, they are far easier to use than wire rope and don't coil up into knots when left loosely unspooled. Yeah, I've already destroyed two of these so far. They are tough, but not as tough as a wire rope. They melt easily, and will fuse together on your winch if shock-loaded. On the other hand, they are easy to handle, they will never puncture your hands with random loose wires, and they can easily be spliced back together if you break them. For folks who want a cool-looking winch on the front of their Jeep, they work great and will never rust. NEVER tie an amsteel rope with a knot! You won't be able to untie it, and it is so slick it will cut itself in half as it tightens. Instead, splice it to length, use the full length, put it on a winch, or use a friction device or pulley to shorten the span. With one knot, you will have ruined it.
