Previo adquirí una escalera que al recibirla llego golpeada y la regrese al proveedor, esto me genero cierta desconfianza en el producto y me decidi por este modelo el cual en general tenía buenas opiniones, la realidad es que cumplio todas mis espectativas y no me arrepenti de haberla comprado, el de buena calidad, furte y practica, la recomiendo, sencilla de usar y operar, practica y contrario a lo que un usuario opinó acerca de que se requiere la ayuda de otra persona para su despliegue a mi no me lo parecio así, quiza el usuario no sigui correctamente las instrucciones para el despliegue. La recomiendo ampliamente

Me gustó mucho esta escalera ya que puedo utilizarla en diferentes espacios y es resistente si es para cosas sencillas

I thought I got the taller size, that's my bad though. Seems sturdy, good quality. It is somewhat hard to adjust, I can manage it myself, but not easily. It is also narrower than I feel entirely comfortable with. I will keep it because this one is easier to get into my attic with than the one I got to replace it. This is now my indoor ladder, and my bigger one, my outdoor ladder.

Considering the price and quality, this ladder is a decent value and very sufficient and safe for the occasional home user. However, if I were using a ladder on a daily basis for commercial use, I would spend a lot more money for higher quality (wider rungs, thicker rails, wider extended brace). This ladder is of fundamentally safe quality, stable and the joints are firm, not loosey-goosey. My only recommendation would be to spend extra $$ and buy a 14' ladder or taller...when in A-frame configuration, this 12 foot ladder proved to be a little shorter than I would prefer!

This ladder is awesome! It's sturdy while still being light enough for me to lug around, was pretty straightforward to put together, locks in place in several places easily, and it's the perfect size for all your needs.
