I typically don’t write reviews but this product is worth it! I was looking to flatten my tummy quickly before a vacation and it did exactly what I needed it to! My stomach was drastically flatter after 3 days of this cleanse. I lost about 6 pounds. The first time around I did only the juice, twice a day for 3 days. Of course these were my best results. Another time I only had the juice and a healthy dinner and still saw good results. It didn’t make me have to go to the bathroom anymore than normal. No stomach/digestive discomfort. If you can stick to it you can really get great results! I was surprised it tasted good too.

Okay here it is! Day 1 to Day 3: I drank 2 servings a day and was not hungry at all. No big poops and no real changes aside from feeling cleaner as time went on. No more tummy issues since the very first drink. No more indigestion. Day 4: Hungry!!! I need to bite something! Being a vegetarian I had rice and beans in a tortilla and felt great. It's all I ate aside from 2 more drinks and a lot of water. Day 5: Pooped the world out of me, and my stomach is noticeably smaller. Way less heavy, no more water weight and no more indigestion. Feeling great but not energized. Not so much. Also need to mention I cut out coffee from my daily routine to do this cleanse. It tastes SO good and I'm genuinely full. But kind of tired. Day 5: I'm still at it! Go me. Kind of tired. Eating raw fruits n veggies. Appitite is curbed from all that bad stuff that are empty calories and simply bad for you! No more bad foods for this girl! Day 7: still have some left and will finish the entire container daily until it's gone. I am very happy I started with this before any other heavy detox cleanses. I know now where my tummy issues lie and I feel better!! Whatever is left over in my body is excercise, not weighted down nasty. Highly reccomend. Is it going to cure you of everything? No. That's your choice and up to you. This will certainly help you though when you make that choice.

I bought this because I like adding different greens and cleansing-type products to my protein shakes. It mixes in pretty easily and has worked well for the way I use it. For me, it doesn’t make me run to the bathroom constantly, but I have been using products like this for a while. If you’re new to this type of supplement, I would start with a smaller amount and see how your body handles it because it may increase bowel movements. The taste is manageable when mixed into a shake, the container lasts a while, and overall I think it’s a good value.

Did this for a week and lost all my uncomfortable bloat! At first I wasn’t sure it was doing anything as I wasn’t pooping my brains out. I thought that’s just how a cleanse is supposed to be but not the case with this. I peed a lot more and had lots of gas but not an overly average amount of BM. I used once a day for 2 days then twice a day till it was gone (about 8 days total). Used in combination with clean eating and exercise and lots of water. Bloat disappeared and feel lighter and more energetic. Not a quick fix for weight loss but nice reset to my diet to relaunch my health and fitness routine!

I've been drinking this 2x a day for 3 days and I haven't noticed any difference in weight of bowel movement. The flavor is good. The bottle comes less than half full.

My guess is this product is over 50% maltodextrin by volume which is 'hidden' under "Other ingredients". I read the list of "Active Ingredients" and thought it was a great product. If they did not add the Maltodextrin it would be. It is horribly sweet with an awful chemical flavor. Deceptive advertising - they say no sugar but it contains 50% or more maltodextrin which has a higher glycemic index than sugar. Deceptive and not at all healthy. Side effects may include allergic reactions, weight gain, gas, flatulence, and bloating. Maltodextrin may also cause a rash or skin irritation, asthma, cramping, or difficulty breathing. The primary sources of maltodextrin will be corn, rice, and potato, but manufacturers may sometimes use wheat. How in the heck can they say it is a liver cleanse when the maltodextrin is the number one ingredient by volume. How can they hide this under "Other Ingredients" and not have it in Active Ingredients? I had one scoop with a banana, ice, and water. My tinnitus was instantly SCREAMING and still is 24 hours later. Will be tossing the remainder after one serving and NOT be purchasing again. Find something different, there is nothing healthy about this product and I am not happy with Country Farm's tactics on this product. I have purchased other CF products for many years and will be re-evaluating those purchases.

I just finally tried this stuff!!! I love this stuff. I sure hope this company does not sell out to something big like others have. I think I have tried everyone of their products. I have more than 3 on autoship. This one is very sweet and I now use about 1/2 scoop of this as a sweetener, instead of a packet if stevia, to sweeten the other varieties. Gaining even more nutrition! I seriously believe these products helped my 3yr old to become verbal, active, walk, and interactive. I've been giving them to him since right before age 2. Miracle packed nutrition. Sold by weight not volume, for all the reviews about how much is in the containers. Weigh it before you complain about the amount. We all need to detox and this stuff is amazing flavor, especially compared to other brands, not so great. Not rushing to the toilet, losing your soul at all, type of thing. Packed Nutrition your body needs, not getting otherwise. I know there's a warning label,but, all plants from the ground absorb stuff from ground. Add, Even if your farm is organic, all the toxins, in the air, rain, run offs, etc, make it unavoidable to avoid toxins. Toxins are in most everything. The wonderful qualities of organic plants is they, have less heavy metals, they give the body the nutrition it needs to heal itself, and binds to metals and pulls them out of the body. So, always go organic everytime. Yes, this product and all this brands products I have tried are amazing.
